Hotel

History
 of the House

Our establishment has a long-standing tradition. As early as the 19th century, it served as a rest stop for stagecoaches. Known as the “Goldener Adler” in 1869, it was acquired by Friedrich Faber before the Wieland family renamed it “Post-Faber” in 1899. In 1919, Paul Weeber modernized the hotel extensively, but it was destroyed in 1945. After being rebuilt, it reopened in 1949. In 1975, Oskar and Christel Weeber expanded the hotel. Since 2020, Stefanie Weeber has been leading this historic hotel in its fifth generation.
